My Photography
I believe strongly that photography is all about an expression of creative ideas, something that goes beyond merely a static recording of the events around us. A capable photographer is far more than a machine operator wielding a camera, but an artist with the camera as his brush.
At Essence of Light you will find photographs that represent my personal vision and the expression of my creativity. It represents examples of work that has appeared in a variety of media, from the front and back pages of national newspapers to websites and books. My photographs have been published not just in the UK but also in countries such as Italy, Norway, China and Singapore. My images have been used in the autobiographies of rugby personalities like World Cup winners Jonny Wilkinson and Matthew Burke, and appeared on websites such as the BBC and the British Monarchy. I also have images with a number of stock image libraries around the world.
